Print Order Terms

These terms apply to every print order, including flyers, banners, business cards, posters and poster boards, event and promo cards, copies and blueprints.
Your proof
We show you a proof before we print anything larger than everyday copies. Check spelling, numbers, dates, sizes and layout. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what you approved.
Payment
Small jobs are paid after you approve the proof and before we print. Large jobs may need a deposit before we start. The balance is due before we release your order.
Turnaround
Most orders are ready the same or next business day. Large quantities, mounting and design work can take longer. Ready times are our best estimate, not a guarantee.
Pickup
We hold finished orders for 30 days. After that, we may recycle unclaimed orders without a refund.
If we made a mistake
Check your order at the counter. If something is wrong because of our mistake, tell us within 24 hours of pickup and we'll reprint it at no charge. Errors in an approved proof, or in the file you gave us, are reprinted at the regular price.
Refunds
Every print job is custom, so we don't offer refunds on finished print work.
Design work
Design work is a separate charge, quoted before we start. Once your order is paid, you can use the design anywhere you like.
Showing our work
We may show designs and print jobs we make in our social media posts, ads and portfolio. Tell us when you order if you'd rather we didn't post yours.
Your files and content
You're responsible for the content you give us. By ordering, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, including logos, photos, artwork and text. We can refuse any job that copies someone else's trademark or copyright, or that is illegal or harmful.
Color and size
Colors on paper look different from a screen and can vary slightly between papers and print runs. Trimmed items can vary slightly in size. Ask for a printed proof if exact color matters.
Your files after the job
We keep print files so you can reorder easily. Ask us anytime and we'll delete them.
