This policy explains what information The Connection Tree Ship and Print collects, how we use it, and your choices. It covers our website, myconnectiontree.com, and the services at our store at 2103 Devon Dr, Freehold, NJ 07728.
What we collect
- What you send through our website forms: your name, email, phone number, message, and any files you upload or link.
- What you give us at the counter to provide a service, such as shipping addresses, print files, mailbox and package holding sign-up details, and the ID and forms the law requires for notary services and mailbox rental (USPS Form 1583).
- Basic technical information websites record automatically, such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To reply to you and complete the job you asked for.
- To ship your packages, which means sharing the details the carrier needs.
- To keep records the law requires. New Jersey requires notaries to keep a journal of notarial acts. USPS requires us to keep mailbox records, including for 6 months after a box closes.
- To keep print files so reorders are easy. Ask anytime and we'll delete them.
- To text or email you about your mail, packages or orders, only if you agreed. Reply STOP to end texts.
- To send occasional updates, only if you opted in.
Showing our work
We may show designs and print jobs we make in our social media posts, ads and portfolio. Tell us when you order if you'd rather we didn't post yours, and we won't.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with:
- The carrier you choose (FedEx, UPS, USPS or Meest), to deliver your shipment.
- The US Postal Service, for the mailbox records it requires.
- Companies that host our website, email and payment system, only so they can run those services for us.
- Law enforcement or postal inspectors when the law requires it.
Cards on file
Cards for mailbox rental and package holding are stored in our payment system. We never write a full card number on paper.
How we protect it
We limit who can see your information and keep records in secure places. Please don't email us full account numbers.
Children
Our website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
