Store and Website Terms

Shipping and packing

  • Shipping insurance is available only for items our packers pack in the store. Boxes you pack yourself ship as packed and aren't eligible for our insurance.
  • We accept devices with installed lithium batteries. Perfume, nail polish and aerosols ship by ground only. We can't accept loose lithium batteries, power banks, or anything a carrier prohibits.
  • Daily cutoffs: FedEx 5 PM, UPS 4 PM, USPS noon, Monday to Friday. Later drop-offs go out the next business day.
  • Delivery dates are set by the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Once we scan a prepaid package and hand it to the carrier, tracking and delivery are the carrier's.
  • Damage or loss claims go to the carrier or insurer. We'll help with your receipt, photos and paperwork.
  • We can refuse anything unsafe, illegal, or packed in a way a carrier won't accept.

Retail items

Boxes, packing supplies, stamps and other retail items are final sale.

Digitizing

We copy only media you own or have the right to copy, and no commercial movies. Old tapes and film can break or fail during transfer, and we aren't responsible for media damaged or lost during transfer. We hand back every original.

Notary

Walk-in notary during store hours. Bring a valid photo ID and your unsigned document. I am not an attorney licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matter or accept fees for legal advice.
